Refund Policy

The Raging Bulldogs Hockey Club is committed to providing the highest level of competitive hockey to its members. In order to best serve the needs of our members, the following policy has been developed regarding refund for fees paid.

Tryout Fees are non-refundable. The only exception to this will be in extreme circumstances when a player pays a tryout fee and is able to document a legitimate reason for not attending said tryout.

Registration Fees paid when a player is selected for a team but later decides not to play for our team will not be refunded. This decision is considered to be a voluntary decision made by the player, after taking a spot on a team from another player. Additionally, any remaining outstanding registration fees must be paid in full. Failure to pay will result in placement on the Missouri Hockey "no pay list".

NOTE: If a player is not selected after registration fees are paid (excluding tryout fees) will be refunded. Online Registration Fees paid associated to online registration will not be refunded.

Failure to Pay in Full applies to any player with an outstanding balance from any season including registration and/or team fees, in which case will not be permitted to register for the next hockey season until payment has been made in full. Any player with an outstanding balance from any season of play including registration and/or team fees as of April 1st will be reported to Missouri Hockey. Placement on the MO Hockey "no pay" list will result in the player being ineligible to participate on any team affiliated with Missouri Hockey. Any balance not paid in full by announced deadlines are subject to late fees.

Refunds: All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the Raging Bulldogs Board, who will make every effort to treat each refund request with special case-by-case attention to ensure the best interest of both the player and the association are protected. The decision of the Board is final. Any refund granted may be subject to a $50 processing fee.
